In 2011, Ward and his partners, purchased the former Revere Village in Forest Park, located at the intersection of Northland Blvd. and Waycross Road. The property consists of 95 units in 13 buildings and was in general disrepair, considered a “C-” asset at the time. After an 18-month extensive renovation that included repairs to each building, new exterior siding, new roofing, new HVAC units, new clubhouse building with a pool, the property was rebranded as Northland Village. The interiors were completely refurbished with new kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring, along with updated common areas. Northland Village has 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as, 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. Now stabilized, the property boasts full occupancy.
