Highland Heights Gateway Center was developed in 2009 during the height of the recession with 100% of the project pre-leased prior to construction. Casey Ward and his partners acquired a 2.5-acre parcel of land situated at the exit ramp off I-471 at SR 27 in Highland Heights. The site is narrow and presented some development challenges due to its topography. Our team was able to develop one of the premier retail locations in the trade area and attract high-quality national tenants including Chipotle and AT&T.
