Brandywine Court was purchased by Ward and his partners in 2010. It contains 55 units consisting of 2- & 3-bedroom townhomes, as well as, 2-bedroom/2-bath apartments. The complex underwent an exterior renovation, complete with all new siding, roofs, parking lot removed and resurfaced, and all new landscaping. The newly remodeled interiors include new appliances, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and flooring. In addition, each unit has private patios/balconies.
